To bring this symphony to life, Creation was entrusted with delivering a comprehensive lighting control solution capable of managing multiple zones across the property while ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems across the space.
The system’s intelligence lies not just in how it feels—but in how it functions. From basement to podium levels, lighting adjusts in a quiet response to movement and time. Sensors and timers monitor driveways, while electrical rooms discreetly house manual override switches. On typical floors, lighting follows a similar rhythm—automated via PIR sensors and timers, yet always offering manual control when needed.
In meeting rooms and event spaces, light takes on a supporting role—interfaced with AV systems through a dedicated RS232 AV Interface, allowing presentations and gatherings to unfold in perfectly timed harmony. Outside, the story continues with lighting that mirrors the natural rhythm of the city. Landscape and façade illumination is guided by timers and external photocells, responding only when Dubai’s skyline begins to dim.
